What to build

A filmmaker can plan coverage: Setups per Scene, and Shots that cover runs of Lines. See User Stories 67–72.

Acceptance criteria

Setups are added to a Scene, lettered A, B, C, and letters are never reused
Setup order can be changed separately from letters
Each Setup has a hand-picked Location angle (from the Scene's Location and Lighting set), a framing note, an ordered subject list, and a blocking-plan placeholder
Each Shot covers a contiguous run of whole Lines in its Scene (first_line_id/last_line_id); several Shots from different Setups can cover the same Line
Transition and shot-direction Lines never count toward Shots
All edits are undoable; deletion follows ADR-0004
Tests cover lettering, reordering and coverage rules
