What to build

A filmmaker can lock a Reference set so only approved images feed production. This ticket also covers the open-list sets (Locations per Lighting, Props) and Voice sets. See User Stories 43, 45 and 57–61.

Acceptance criteria

Locking makes a numbered, immutable Lock snapshot with one version per Tile; the current snapshot is the highest number; locking is not undoable
Rolling back locks a new snapshot copying an older pick; locking an identical pick does nothing
Tiles used by any snapshot are retired, never deleted
An empty turnaround Tile changes the Look's Parity, and the Parity is visible
Location and Prop sets have open, user-labelled Tile lists
There is one Location Reference set per Location per Lighting, with a lighting note defaulting from a per-Project phrase per Lighting
Each Character has a Voice reference set of audio clips that can be imported and locked
Tests cover numbering, rollback, the no-op, retirement and Parity
