What to build

A filmmaker can say per Scene which Look and Wardrobe item each Character wears, so continuity is explicit. See User Story 46.

Acceptance criteria

Each Scene has a cast list of (Character, Look, optional Wardrobe item)
Speaking Characters are added automatically on their default Look
Non-speaking Characters can be added, and Looks and Wardrobe items changed; edits are undoable
The cast is shown on the Scene
Tests cover auto-added speakers and edits
