What to build

A filmmaker can annotate Boards with structured Notation so they know exactly what H3 will be told. See User Stories 80 and 82–85.

Acceptance criteria

A project-wide Notation set, seeded from app defaults, built from a fixed glyph library with editable name, colour, category, key and meaning
Notation entries in use are retired rather than deleted
A Sketch/Annotate switch (Tab) swaps the toolbar; Annotations live on a separate layer with normalized positions
An Annotation is a Notation symbol with a subject and a direction; a read-back list under the stage shows sentences such as "MARK moves right"
Freehand arrows are flagged as meaningless until converted to a symbol
Tests cover read-back sentences and retirement
