What to build

A filmmaker can storyboard a whole Scene. See User Stories 78–81 and 90 and #6. Branch prototype/board-paint is the visual reference.

Acceptance criteria

A Panel-strip editor sits over a Scene-wide Board timeline
Sketch tools: brush, eraser, fill, line, rectangle, ellipse, filled toggle, size, three tones, on a fixed canvas with a short side of 180 px at the Shot's effective ratio
Panels can be added, duplicated, reordered and deleted; the previous Panel can be ghosted, also across Shots
Svelte keeps a local stroke undo until save; a Board save is one app-level undoable edit; Boards are edited in place with no history
Rust flattens the stored layers into the Board image deterministically
A Panel drawn at an old aspect ratio is shown barred until drawn on again, and is barred at send time
Tests cover Panel ordering, flattening bytes and aspect barring
