What to build

A filmmaker can import a turnaround sheet and crop it into a Reference set's Tiles, making Reference versions with full provenance. Assisted cropping comes in the next ticket. See User Stories 47, 50 and 52–54 and #5. Branch prototype/crop-sheet is the visual reference.

Acceptance criteria

A Source sheet can be imported as-is and belongs to the Project, so one sheet can feed several Reference sets
A crop session targets one Reference set; free-form crop boxes show a live 4:9 Atlas cell preview
Commit makes a new Reference version only for crops that differ from the Tile's current version, and never locks; Rust cuts the crop from the original sheet
Turnaround and mannequin sets have fixed Tile roles (face, front, side, back)
Each Tile card shows its version strip and, per version, its Source sheet with the crop box highlighted
A version can be re-cropped from its sheet, or cropped from any other sheet
Tests cover version creation only on change, provenance, and crop pixels
