What to build

Build the app shell decided in #81, and move the temporary UI into it. After this ticket, every feature ticket adds its UI to a real section instead of to src/routes/+page.svelte. Follow ADR-0006.

Acceptance criteria

  • The chosen component library (if any) and the design tokens are installed and applied globally; the app looks the same in every section
  • The shell has the navigation, a route for each section in ADR-0006's route map, the status bar, and a dockable Queue panel placeholder (no queue behaviour yet)
  • Without an open Project, the app shows a start screen with New / Open; with one open, it shows the shell
  • The existing temp UI is split into the matching sections with no loss of behaviour: Project create / open, OSF import and its summary, Script, Entities (Characters, Looks, Wardrobe items, Locations and folders, merge), Scene cast, Lighting and slug table, and Source sheet crop (#35)
  • Each section that has no feature yet shows a placeholder view that names it and links the ticket that will fill it
  • A second window on the same Project can be opened on a chosen section; views refetch on changed events as before
  • Shared UI pieces (buttons, inputs, tables, list / inspector layout, badges, dialogs, empty states) live in src/lib so that feature tickets reuse them
  • src/routes/+page.svelte no longer holds feature UI
  • bun run check passes, and the existing adapter and core tests still pass
