What to build

A harness can manage the Render queue and wait for jobs without polling.

Read the Render queue and its controls (paused, finals held).
Pause and resume the queue, hold finals, hold a job, move a job, run jobs next, cancel a job and dismiss a failed job.
wait_for_jobs(job_ids, timeout_seconds) blocks until every job has finished or failed, or the timeout runs out, with a capped maximum. It returns early when a job fails, when ComfyUI goes offline and when the queue is paused. It returns each job's state.
When the client sends a progress token, running-job progress goes out as MCP progress notifications, from the same feed the Queue panel follows. Later slices reuse this for export progress.

Acceptance criteria

wait_for_jobs returns when the jobs finish, returns early on a failed job and on a paused queue, and times out cleanly
Progress notifications arrive while waiting when a progress token is sent
Each queue control changes what the queue read returns
