What to build

A harness can render coverage and review it.

queue_take queues a draft Take or a Single-pass final for a Shot, with an optional seed and Generation profile. When a Shot can't be queued, it returns why (a broken slot tag, a Shot over covered and uncovered Lines…).
Read a Shot's Takes and a Scene's Takes with render status, kind, seed, circled, pinned, NG, seen and stale flags, and each Rendition's master and proxy paths.
view_image accepts a Take: frames sampled across the Rendition with the app's ffmpeg, with a chosen count up to a cap.
Circle, uncircle, pin, unpin and NG Takes. Add and remove Take notes, with an optional time.
Retry a failed Take and delete failed Takes. Retry a Rendition's failed post-steps.
Set Take Line marks.
No tool marks a Take seen, and viewing its frames doesn't either.

Acceptance criteria

queue_take refusal reasons come back as tool errors
Queue → wait_for_jobs → the Take is listed with Rendition paths, and view_image returns its frames
Circle, NG and notes round-trip with their usual undo labels
No Take is marked seen by any MCP tool
