What to build

Cleanup suggestions that never run without the filmmaker. See User Stories 210–213 and 215.

Acceptance criteria

Unused Source sheets can be deleted from Storage; in-use ones show a "Used by" list with jump links
Suggestion filters (NG Renditions, latents and drafts of finalled Takes, unused sheets, orphan files, _Removed/, Compact) only select rows; orphan files are found by a scan when Storage opens
"Empty _Removed" warns about Resolve links
Manual Compact (VACUUM) with the queue paused
Dailies shortcuts (free space on NG Takes, delete failed Takes) use the same rules as Storage
In-file deletes are undoable within the session; Purge and Empty _Removed are not
Tests cover suggestion selection and Compact
