What to build

A filmmaker can hand off to an editor in one action. Timelines and re-sync come in later tickets. See User Stories 192–195, 199, 200, 203 and 204 and #19, #21.

Acceptance criteria

Export picks Scenes and an optional Circled only filter; the folder is remembered; export runs with progress; staleness never blocks
Per-Scene bins (zero-padded frozen number + ASCII-safe heading) with per-Setup sub-bins of 12A-3.mov (segmented Shots 12B_1-3.mov)
Every clip is a .mov starting at 01:00:00:00: the ProRes master if final, otherwise the draft remuxed with PCM audio; finals are hard-linked on the same volume, otherwise copied
A UTF-8 takes.csv with the spec's headers (Tag=1 for circled, never 2, never Good Take) plus Seed, Profile, Pinned
A manifest.json with each Take's full recorded inputs and the packaged Rendition's id and hash
Tests assert on the package tree and CSV against the Resolve test kit's golden CSV
