What to build

A filmmaker can refresh coverage after a reference change in one action. See User Stories 168 and 169.

Acceptance criteria

"Re-roll stale circled Takes" per Scene and per Reference set
A confirm sheet shows counts, estimated time and a draft/final toggle
Shots that already have a current queued Take are skipped; circles never change; running it twice is safe
Tests cover the skip rule and idempotence
