What to build

A filmmaker sets up model, encoder, LoRAs and speed once per Project. See User Stories 117 and 119.

Acceptance criteria

A Project default Generation profile: diffusion model file (any quantization), text encoder file, LoRA stack with weights, Distilled/Full speed mode, draft/final short sides (768/1120)
Pickers list files from the user's ComfyUI via /api/models/*
Preflight checks a profile's files
The profile is never an input to staleness (document for the staleness ticket)
Tests cover profile defaults and preflight of missing profile files against the fake
