What to build

A harness can complete and tidy what script import found.

List Characters, Locations, Location folders and Props. Read one Character with its Looks, effective identity, Wardrobe items and voice set.
Create, rename and delete Characters, Looks, Wardrobe items, Locations and Props. Create a Prop or non-speaking Character from a Line's text.
Set a Character's identity fields and a Look's overrides, a Location's description and Ambience, and a Prop's description.
Merge duplicate Characters or Locations.
Organize Locations into Location folders.
Manage Lighting, its phrases and the slug table.

Acceptance criteria

Create, update and merge round-trip through the reads and emit change events
A Prop created from a Line's text is linked to that Line
Deletes are undoable through MCP's undo
