What to build

A harness can import a script and read and adjust it.

Import an OSF script from an absolute path and return the import summary.
Read the script as Scenes with their Lines (ids, kinds, text, characters), filtered by Scene and optionally to production Scenes only.
Set a Scene's Lighting and Ambience.
Set a SUBTITLE Line's language and text.
Set a Line's duration and the reading rates.

Acceptance criteria

Importing an OSF file returns the summary, and reading the script back shows its Scenes and Lines
The production-only filter skips omitted Scenes
Each setter changes what the read returns and emits a change event
