What to build

A harness can create or open a Project and set it up before rendering.

create_project and open_project go through the same requested-project path as an OS double-click, so the window asks first if a job is rendering. The tool waits (bounded) until the Project is current and reports opened or declined. With no window to ask, it opens directly.
Set the Project's title, author, aspect ratio, spoken language, image model and Generation profile.
Read the ComfyUI preflight (Ready / Not ready with reasons, Offline) and the Generation profile choices ComfyUI offers.

Acceptance criteria

Create, then open, a Project through MCP; get_project reports it
Opening while a job renders and the filmmaker declines reports declined, and the old Project stays open
Each Project setting can be set and read back; an unknown aspect ratio or image model lists the valid values
The preflight and the profile choices come back against fake-comfy
