Problem

#157 says the "Shot scene spec" and "attach playblast" MCP tools are a follow-up once #139 lands. The production plan (scratch/scratch-plan.md, Previz section) expects an agent to read a Shot's scene spec through the app's MCP server, and to build and animate the scene through a Blender MCP. #139 put "driving Blender through a Blender MCP or an agent" out of scope. #139 is now done, and the MCP server plan has nothing for previz.

What to build

MCP tools over the existing ProjectSession previz commands:

  • Mark and unmark a Shot complex.
  • Read a Shot's previz status and its versions.
  • Read a Shot's scene spec, with the reference file paths (prepare_blender_scene).
  • Attach a playblast to a Shot from a file path (the same ingest command as "Import playblast…").
  • Optionally, "Open in Blender" and "Rebuild Blender scene".

Acceptance criteria

  • Each tool goes through the same ProjectSession command as the UI, so its edits are undoable with their usual labels
  • Tests in the style of #157's MCP tests cover reading the scene spec and attaching a playblast
