What to build

The Project's author, filled from the OSF title page, is carried into the Edit package (User Story 32: "fill the Project's title and author, so that the export carries them").

Today project.author is written at import (crates/studio-core/src/script_import.rs:306) and sent in ProjectDto (src-tauri/src/dto.rs:36), but nothing reads it after that. The title reaches the export (edit_package.rs:358 names the film timeline). The author reaches no export and no view.

Acceptance criteria

The author can be seen and edited next to the title in the Project dialog, and the edit is undoable like the title
manifest.json records the Project's title and author
The .otio timelines carry title and author in their metadata. FCPXML 1.10 has no field Resolve reads for this, so leave FCPXML as it is unless research shows otherwise
An empty author is left out, not written as an empty string
Tests: the manifest and .otio golden shapes include the author
